Position Description

Registered Nurse - Home Health (Days & Nights | 12-Hour Shifts)

Serving Longmont, Loveland, Westminster, Arvada, Littleton, Conifer & Blackhawk

We’re looking for a pool of dedicated RNs who want to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one home health care. These roles support patients who include U.S. Veterans, individuals with Workers’ Compensation claims, and former energy workers who prefer to remain independent in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individualized, compassionate care in a private-duty setting
  • Support patient safety and independence in the home
  • Build strong rapport with patients and families
  • Follow all agency policies, procedures, and clinical standards

Shifts Available

  • Days and nights
  • Mostly 12-hour shifts
