LPN - HOME HEALTH
Full-Time, 40 hours/week, flexible schedule/work-life balance
- Minimum 1+ years of LPN experience preferred
- Previous Home Health experience preferred
- Current Colorado LPN license (Compact license accepted)
- Must be available to travel within Jefferson County (Lakewood)
